I'm Krystal "Krys" Murray, and I'm on a mission to empower, inspire, and transform lives. Whether working with youth through T.R.I.N.I.T.Y., guiding couples and individuals through Igniting You Coaching and Consulting, or helping churches build thriving ministries, my goal is always the same: to create meaningful impact. My journey has been shaped by trials, faith, and an unshakable belief that God has a purpose for each of us. I am here to help you step into yours.
My Why
Life has tested me in ways I never imagined. My husband and I have faced unimaginable hardships, from homelessness to near-death experiences, but through it all, we have witnessed God’s grace, provision, and divine purpose. Our journey has not only deepened our faith but has also given us a testimony that fuels our passion for coaching, mentorship, and ministry.
I believe every struggle holds the potential for transformation. Every setback can be a setup for something greater. That’s why I’ve dedicated my life to helping others find clarity, healing, and purpose through faith-driven coaching and ministry support.
My Work and Experience
My background is a unique blend of ministry, coaching, and leadership. Here’s how I’ve been making an impact:
Founder & Director, T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. (Since 2017) – Co-founded this youth-focused initiative with my husband to provide mentorship, coaching, and faith-based programs that help young people thrive spiritually, mentally, and physically.

Behavioral Health Coach – Currently working full-time as a Certified Behavioral Health Coach (CBHC), empowering individuals to achieve mental and emotional well-being.

Ministry Strategist & Coordinator – With experience in planning and coordinating youth worship, biblical studies programs, and mentorship initiatives, I bring faith and leadership together to equip the next generation.​

Church Consultant & Coach – Through Igniting You Coaching and Consulting, I help churches and ministry leaders build stronger, more effective programs.
I hold a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling with a minor in Life Coaching from Liberty University, and I’m certified as a Behavioral Health Coach through the Headspace Training Institute.
