Dedicated and compassionate, they bring a unique blend of expertise to their coaching practice, guiding clients towards more fulfilling lives.

Adrian Murray

Adrian Murray is a Certified Expert Wellness Coach through ECC and the Founder and CEO of Igniting You Coaching and Wellness Services in Chesterfield, Virginia. He also co-founded the non-profit program Teaching Reaching Inspiring Nurturing Igniting Today's Youth (T.R.I.N.I.T.Y), dedicated to empowering teens.

Adrian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Tennessee State University and a Master’s Degree in Divinity from Liberty University. He is currently a Success and Economics/Personal Finance teacher in Chesterfield County Public Schools. As a Christian, Adrian is passionate about helping individuals and couples build intimate relationships with Christ through Bible teaching. He aims to inspire clients to achieve their dreams and passions through holistic wellness coaching.

Krys Murray is dedicated to creating a safe space for individuals to discover their God-given dreams and passions. She helps clients develop goals and create plans to become the best versions of themselves. As an executive and coach for Igniting You Coaching Wellness Services, Krys brings her expertise and passion for personal development to a broad audience, guiding them on their journeys to well-being and fulfillment. In addition to her role at Igniting You, Krys is the founder of Teaching Reaching Inspiring Nurturing Igniting Today's Youth, also known as T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. This organization is committed to fostering a nurturing environment where young people can thrive and realize their full potential.

Krys holds a Master of Arts Degree in Human Service Counseling with a minor in Life Coaching from Liberty University. She is also a Certified Behavioral Health Coach (CBHC), bringing a wealth of knowledge and
